A Season of Hope
You Deserve To Have The Best Holiday Season Ever!!
I want to help bring you a sense of calm and help you take back control of this Holiday Season.

Here's what we know to be true... this year has been full of unexpected twists and turns, life altering changes and so many people in the world, myself included, are simply looking to have some semblance of "life as it used to be". Whatever that means to you.

I was sitting at my desk one day and read an article that Hallmark was releasing 40 new movies this holiday season and the sheer JOY I felt in that moment was almost indescribable... SERIOUSLY! As I sat with that for a moment, I realized how something that was seemingly so small, really meant so much. A few days later, I was in a conversation with a client who is also a coach and we were discussing some of the emerging data that points to how "challenging and dark" this upcoming season could be with regard to mental health for many people.

Among the reasons cited were things such as grief, (which we know is wishing things had been better, different, or more), unexpected major life changes, the inability to plan long term, and things feeling "out of control". The list went on and on and on.

A Season of Hope was born out of a desire to bring intentionality and JOY to our upcoming holiday season by giving ourselves the opportunity to ask and answer the question, "What can be done, right now, to bring positivity, hope, and happiness into our homes?"

Over the 10 weeks, we will build community with one another, share fun holiday ideas, and practice supportive, uplifting positive mindset practices. With a focus on gratitude, self-care and the belief that you have everything you need to create magic moments for your family this year as you have in years past, A Season of Hope is for any woman who needs a bit of lifting up herself so she can continue to lift those around her. Fall Into Your Best Self

Week 1: What You Nurture Grows- How pouring into yourself first keeps you ready to fill others up! (self care) AND... Harvest Happiness- Setting seeds of intention for the holiday. Planning. (scents, foods, routines, loving others)

Week 2: Autumn Action- Power of routine and time management. Meal prepping, holiday lists, special treats in the afternoon, Hallmark movies, Instacart, (frees emotional space, take action) AND... Unmask- It's time to prune, unmask and speak your truth. How's it going? You've spent three weeks "Falling into your best self" ... what's left to prune so the rest grows deeper and continues to flourish?

Intentional Gratitude

Week 3: Cultivating Your Circle Of Trust- Investing in your social network is one of the greatest predictors of success and happiness. Do you have the right people in your circle? Building Community (Shawn Achor).

Week 4: There's Beauty All Around- What brings you joy? Hair, decorations, Hallmark movies, cooking? Not cooking? Where is the beauty in your life? Outside in the snow? Leaves on the ground? Phone calls home to friends? Pleasure. Pamper yourself.

Week 5: Warming Hearts- Random acts of kindness or consciousness. Happiness and joy are contagious... Practicing intentionality for 6 weeks. It's time to take a mid course "pause" and see what's working  and what needs a revamp! Execution (How's it going?)

Week 6: Gobble, Gobble- Attentive eating (BARE principle). Hunger scale. How to enjoy your holiday and not hate yourself on Black Friday! Loving yourself.

Week 7: Magic Moments- What are your Magic Moments this year? Will you mail "home in a box" packages to your loved ones to bring a bit of the comfort of home to those who cannot travel? Will you decorate traditionally, do an advent calendar, bake Jesus a birthday cake, make apple cider or s'mores? This week we recreate the Magic we always dreamed we had time to spread each holiday season! Traditions, comfort.

Home For The Holidays

Week 8: Wrap it up!- Tying up our loose ends so we don't see the crazy! Organized, managing time- what does your December look like? Now is the time to plan. Sleep, meals, schedules, what's different, who's open/closed, where is your meal coming from? Wrapping gifts, mailing gifts, organization and time management.

Week 9: Sleighing it!- This is the week you commit to SLAY it and go "all in" on whatever you've created for your holiday. You've worked 11 weeks on setting loving intentions for yourself and others, and now is the time! You WILL see others travel when perhaps you're not, you will see pictures you wish you were in BUT this is your beautiful holiday with magical moments and you must COMMIT to not backing down, not second guessing and going all in and SLEIGHING it!- Belief, mind detox

WEEK 10: Comfort and Joy. Exhale. You made it. Congratulations. Though Christmas is still 4 days away, my highest intention for each one of you is that over the last 11 weeks. you've allowed yourself to create A Home For The Holidays that is filled with love, comfort, joy and most of all- HOPE in what otherwise could have been a much different time. As women, we have so much "influence" over our home's energy and love and you have all done such a great job. It's time to relax, exhale and enjoy your hard work.

I began a journey to uncover what I needed. To ask and answer the question, how do I live: Life... as you love it?

That journey, step by step, moment by moment, has led to momentous and life-altering changes! I was able to reap the rewards of a JOYFUL life lived where pleasure and prioritization changed EVERYONE'S life for the better!
